Getting together with people in the same boat.

Our Peer Support Groups provide enriching opportunities for people with an acquired brain injury – and their carers – to come together.

At these sessions friendships are made and experiences shared, always with a cup of tea on hand!

Most groups meet fortnightly and are led by our experienced volunteers with the help of our Support Coordinator team. Often interesting activities take place, be it creative, active or just plain fun.

Peer Support Groups meet in St Albans, Borehamwood, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Letchworth, Stevenage and Watford and Welwyn. When we’re working out the best plan for you we will advise which peer support group you might like to join.
