Headway Hertfordshire appreciates all feedback and takes your views seriously.  We use all comments, complaints and concerns to continually improve the services we offer to our clients.  We aim to provide a high quality service but we are always looking for ways to progress. 

We welcome feedback about the services Headway Hertfordshire provide. All comments, compliments and concerns are reviewed by our Chief Executive who reports to the Board of Trustees and her team about what we are doing well and what we need to do better.
